Terms of Use

These terms govern every visit, search, and use of Pulaski County Criminal History. Anyone who does not agree to all of them must stop using the resource.

NO FCRA USE. This privately operated resource has no government affiliation and is not a consumer reporting agency. Neither it nor its advertising partners offers a service intended for credit, employment, tenant, insurance, or other decisions regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Its purpose is to identify Pulaski County and Arkansas criminal-record resources.

1. What This Website Is

Pulaski County Criminal History is an independent reference resource. It does not hold official records, conduct official checks, retrieve documents, or submit forms for visitors.

Its content identifies custodians such as PCSO, Pulaski County courts, Arkansas State Police, ACIC, and the Arkansas Sex Offender Registry, while some pages also connect to third-party search tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Users must not:

  • interfere with access for other visitors or impair site performance
  • use bots, scrapers, or other automated collection tools
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  • stalk, threaten, or harass another person with information found here
  • use content for hiring, housing, credit, or insurance decisions
  • violate any applicable federal, Arkansas, or local law

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information from this resource or a linked tool must not be used to harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate. This restriction is especially important for Arkansas Sex Offender Registry information. Arkansas's Sex Offender Registration Act, Ark. Code Ann. §§ 12-12-901 to 12-12-920, governs registration and public notification. Registry information is for lawful public-safety awareness, never vigilantism or unlawful discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Pulaski County Criminal History does not create credit reports, background checks, or any form of consumer report and is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. Users may not rely on this resource or a linked tool to:

  • make an employment decision
  • evaluate a housing applicant
  • set insurance eligibility or premiums
  • judge creditworthiness
  • make another decision governed by the FCRA

A legally permissible official check must be obtained through the appropriate Arkansas State Police or ACIC process, or through a provider that complies with the FCRA.

5. No Legal Advice

General descriptions of Pulaski County criminal records are not legal advice. Only a licensed Arkansas attorney can advise how a warrant, charge, conviction, sealing rule, or other law applies to particular facts.

6. No Warranties

All content and services are supplied “as is.” No warranty is made that:

  • partner search results are complete or correctly matched
  • the resource will operate without interruption
  • content is always accurate, complete, or current
  • every page is free from defects or security risks

Government data changes as cases are filed, resolved, corrected, or sealed. Arkansas FOIA, Ark. Code Ann. § 25-19-101 et seq., does not make all criminal-history information public, and Ark. Code Ann. § 12-12-1508 separately restricts covered repository data. Nothing here is an official statement by a court or agency.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Links lead to government portals, legal resources, and outside search services that Pulaski County Criminal History does not control. Their availability, prices, content, data handling, and terms are their responsibility. Review the destination's terms before use.

8. Intellectual Property

Text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Pulaski County Criminal History or its content partners. They may not be copied, altered, distributed, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the maximum extent Arkansas law permits, the operator is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the resource, its information, or a linked service.

10. Indemnification

A user agrees to defend and hold the operator harmless from claims, demands, proceedings, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from that user's conduct or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

Arkansas law governs these terms. Any dispute arising from use of this resource must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Arkansas.

12. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised. A replacement version becomes effective when it is posted here.

13. Cutting Off Access

The operator may suspend or end access at any time, without advance notice, to the extent allowed by law.

14. Severability

If one provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. The affected language will be limited only as much as needed to make it enforceable.

15. Questions

Questions about these terms may be directed through the Contact page.
