Pulaski County Arrest History

A Pulaski County arrest can create four connected record tracks. The arresting agency writes the incident or arrest report. The Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility creates a booking and custody file when it accepts the person. A district or circuit court opens a case if prosecutors file charges. Fingerprinted qualifying arrests and later dispositions may also reach the Arkansas Crime Information Center, whose limited public product is Arkansas Criminal History, known as ARCH.

Those tracks are held by different offices. Pulaski County Sheriff's Office records are not the same as Little Rock, North Little Rock, Jacksonville, Sherwood, Arkansas State Police, or campus police reports. The county jail may house a city arrestee, yet the city police department still holds the incident report. The public should not treat a booking entry as a court finding.

Pulaski Current Booking Roster

The PCSO Zuercher inmate roster is the first official stop when someone may be in current county custody. It provides a current roster and clickable inmate details. A public profile may show a booking identifier and date, listed charges, arresting agency, bond, court or warrant references, custody location, and release status when available. Sensitive medical, security, and date-of-birth data should not be public.

The roster is a custody tool, not a full Pulaski County arrest archive. A released person may roll off the current list. A missing name can also reflect spelling, timing, transfer, or the fact that no long-term county booking occurred. Looking Up Pulaski County Arrests

Choose a Pulaski County channel by the record sought. Current custody belongs with the jail roster. The incident narrative belongs with the arresting police department. The court docket shows what happened after filing. 2. Request the incident or arrest report from PCSO, LRPD, NLRPD, Jacksonville Police, Sherwood Police, or Arkansas State Police, whichever made the arrest.
3. Search Search ARCourts for filed charges, future court events, and a disposition. An arrest may never become a filed case.
4. Use the PCSO public-record request form for a released booking or other sheriff-held document that is no longer visible online.
5. Use ARCH for an Arkansas-only public criminal-history result, remembering that it excludes many arrests and is not fingerprint verification.

Twelve Agencies Feed Pulaski Jail

PCSO describes the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility as Arkansas' largest county detention facility and the county's only long-term jail. It houses more than 1,200 detainees daily and supports twelve law enforcement agencies and thirty-three state and local courts. That scale explains why an arrest made inside a city may appear in the county booking roster.

Jacksonville offers a clear example. Its police department operates only a temporary holding facility, so a person who requires incarceration is transported to the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility. The incident report remains with Jacksonville Police, the booking belongs to PCSO, and any filed criminal case belongs to the court. The same split can occur after arrests by other city departments.

Note: The agency named on a Pulaski County booking is the best clue to where the original incident report should be requested.

Inside a Pulaski County Arrest Record

A public Pulaski County booking entry records intake and custody facts. It may help tie an arresting agency to a date, charge, bond, and later court event. The listed charge remains an allegation unless a court enters a guilty finding. Some expected roster fields can vary by entry, and restricted personal, medical, or jail-security information is not part of the public record.

Pulaski Records After Release

Once an entry is gone from the current roster, use PCSO NextRequest. The portal lets requesters make a request and view some prior public requests and responsive files. Its visible categories include Documents Request and Incident Reports. Accident reports are routed separately to the Arkansas crash-report service. PCSO does not publish a specific general copy-fee schedule in the sources reviewed.

The official sheriff form is one Pulaski County fallback, while non-sheriff county records use the county government's separate public-records portal.

This distinction prevents a request for a sheriff booking record from being sent to a county office that does not hold it.

Booking Logs and Recent Arrests

The current PCSO roster is the closest official Pulaski County booking log documented in the research. It answers a narrow question: whether a listed person is presently in the county detention system and what public booking facts accompany that custody. It does not prove that every local arrest led to a county booking, and it does not preserve every released record in the public list.

For a recent Little Rock report, LRPD says police and accident reports are generally available eight hours after the report is taken and cost $5 to $10. Its Records Division is at 615 West Markham Street and lists 501-371-4654, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. North Little Rock provides JustFOIA, while Jacksonville accepts report requests in person, by email, or by mail. Sherwood publishes its police and accident-report channels.

A crash report is its own record type and should not be mistaken for an arrest or jail booking record.

Pulaski Booking to Arraignment

Inside the Pulaski County jail, Court Liaison prepares daily circuit and district court lists, coordinates transport and video arraignment, enters data after book-in, and processes court releases. PCSO says this function coordinates more than thirty district, circuit, and federal courts. Its FOI/Court staff also moves warrants, arrest disposition reports, dockets, and legal papers among courts, prosecutors, agencies, and the jail.

This flow explains why a fresh booking and a court docket may not display the same facts at the same moment. Intake charges can change before prosecutors file. Court staff then records the filed charge, hearing, plea, disposition, and sentence in the case system. Pulaski Arresting Agency Channels

The arresting agency remains the key source for an incident narrative. Pulaski County residents can use the channel that matches the badge on the booking. Phone and counter options matter when an online form fails or when a requester needs help identifying the right type of report.

Pulaski Arrests in State History

ARCH can return Arkansas felony and misdemeanor convictions, open Arkansas felony arrests less than three years old, and sex-offender registration status. It does not return dismissed charges, unresolved misdemeanor arrests, older open felony arrests, active warrants, sealed records, juvenile matters, federal history, or out-of-state history. A name search also cannot confirm identity as fingerprints can.

ARCH costs $24 for each non-refundable name search or selected result. It requires first name, last name, sex, and date of birth. Because the product omits broad classes of Pulaski County arrests, it cannot replace the arresting agency report, jail record, or court file. A disposition may also be absent until the sentencing court supplies timely and accurate information to ACIC.

Pulaski Custody Status Notices

Pulaski Arrest and Warrant Resolution

A warrant is issued by a court, and Search ARCourts is not a guaranteed live warrant list. Pulaski County's “Get Right With the Court” event offers a local example of court-based resolution. The county described the 2025 event as a way to address certain outstanding matters without fear of arrest, subject to its stated schedule, capacity, and participating courts.

The official court route is safer and more precise than assuming an old booking log reveals whether a warrant remains active.

Arrests Are Not Convictions

A Pulaski County arrest record proves that an agency took and recorded enforcement action. It does not prove guilt. The court creates the disposition, while ACIC may later receive a qualifying fingerprinted arrest and court result. An arrest can end with no filed charge, a dismissal, or an acquittal. Only a guilty plea or finding produces a conviction.

Note: An arrest is not proof of guilt, and a Pulaski County booking can exist even when prosecutors file no charge.
