About Pulaski County Criminal History

Pulaski County criminal records are divided among the sheriff, district and circuit courts, the Arkansas Crime Information Center, Arkansas State Police, the Arkansas Department of Corrections, and the Arkansas Sex Offender Registry. This private resource organizes the official portals, office details, costs, and request routes that help readers identify the proper custodian.

Why We Built This Site

Arkansas provides several forms of public record access, but each office answers a different question. Pulaski County Sheriff's Office holds county booking and detention files. The courts maintain charges, events, and dispositions. ACIC administers the central criminal-history repository, while Arkansas State Police delivers public and certified check services. State prison custody belongs to the Arkansas Department of Corrections, and ACIC manages the Arkansas Sex Offender Registry. Bringing those distinct official paths together makes it easier to choose the correct source without treating any one database as complete.

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately operated reference resource with no connection to an Arkansas court, police department, sheriff, or state agency. Its role has firm limits:

  • It cannot provide certified court documents or an official criminal-history record
  • It cannot run an official check or retrieve a record for a visitor
  • It cannot submit a sealing petition, FOIA request, or other filing for anyone
  • It cannot interpret a charge, warrant, conviction, or case as legal advice
  • It cannot promise that every published government fee, address, or schedule remains unchanged

Official records must come from the office that maintains them, such as PCSO, the proper court clerk, ACIC, or Arkansas State Police.

Search Partners

Third-party companies power search boxes shown on some pages. They control their services, prices, data practices, and results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports free access to this resource. Pulaski County Criminal History does not set partner fees or decide what their results contain.
